So I'm a month or 2 into using this thing so far, and other than not being able to connect to my computers Bluetooth I absolutely love this item. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of the brand but decided what the hell.o right. Price wasn't too n bad and I could use a sound boost for my bedroom tv/movie date nights with the wife. Once I set it up with the Aux plug input, after never getting it to recognize my computers Bluetooth, I was very impressed with the sound quality and bass/treble additions. It is equipped with bluetooth 5.0 technology, which pairs seamlessly with our devices and has a long range (33 feet!). The sound is crystal clear, with 3 inch imported and advanced full-range drivers; dual high-sensitivity spherical silk film tweeter drivers and twin craftsman-processed bass reflex tubes. I love that you can adjust the sound output based upon what you are listening to. It has 3 different modes: music, movie and dialogue (like the news). Each provides the perfect amount of bass, treble and clarity for the desired use. You can use it wired or wireless, though we enjoy the convenience of wireless via bluetooth. It also has RCA, optical and USB connection options. The quality of both the unit and it's interior components is far beyond my expectations. Whether listening to music, watching a movie or just watching TV, this sound bar has improved and amplified the sound quality tremendously. This was the perfect addition to our home theater setup!     • Not enough volume using optical input
I had a 4 inch gap above the new 32 inch Samsung TV in my RV, after replacing the old CRT type TV. The sound bar filled the space perfectly and improved on the Samsung TV speakers. Very happy with the purchase. BTW, I was happy to find that they included an optical cable, which I thought I would have to later purchase.... Update. I'm reducing my rating from five stars to three stars because of a lack of volume in this sound bar. I'm using it in an RV, using the optical input, and It just doesn't have enough volume. Even at full volume it's lacking, and that's in a small RV room. I'm considering trying another brand. ... show more

Sound is great. My tv speaker is in the back of the tv as a lot of manufacturers do now. This is perfect. The sound is fantastic and is in front of my tv now so I dont have to turn the sound up almost all the way and blow out the tv speaker. When I watch movies, sometimes the sound is just lower than usual. This was the perfect solution. ... show more

    • Decent product marred by poor DSP sound quality
I mounted this below my work-at-home setup, and it was OK, but the DSP chip produced an annoying low hum instead of silence on RCA, TOSLINK, and mini-RCA inputs. There may have been some interaction with my KVM switch, but I would have thought that TOSLINK optical should isolate any noise since there wouldn't be electrical for a ground-loop issue, but it still persisted through optical and through an RCA ground-loop isolator. The hum persisted even with no audio signal plugged in, and only stopped when I switched the Bestisan to Bluetooth input. But then the hum came back as soon as I switched back to any other input. I ended up replacing it with a Yamaha SR-C20A, which has no hum on mini-RCA from my same KVM switch setup. ... show more

Review is completed 8 months into purchase. Use was only for a TV and did not test Bluetooth or use as a speaker. Likes: looks great mounted (subtle below the TV) sound quality was a little bit better than expected, easy to mount and plug into TV. Dislikes: remote stopped working after a month, at month 8 the sound has nosedived (bass is cracking and is terrible for movies). Worked great for 8 months but ultimately would not recommend using for music since this didn’t even last a year. Not planning on buying a new one. ... show more
