These plant mats are a good alternative to bamboo trays that frequently accompany some pots with drainage holes. Though they don't really protect from overwatering, they do prevent mold and catch most of the water from the drainage hole.

These plant protectors work great! I've had them for a while now and they protect the wood on my windowsill ledge...about 4" wide. No leak throughs showing and I tend to overwater a bit, so glad to know the seeps are going through the protector! Highly recommend!

They get the job done, they prevent my counters from getting wet when I water my plants. I do have to say that my toddler walked up to one and immediately peeled a piece off so are the they most durable, not really.

Thickness of cork is very thin, which causes it to release from the plastic bottom after very little moisture. Also appears moldy after damp.
