I recently purchased an electric toothbrush from this seller and I have to say that my experience was fantastic! The toothbrush itself was fantastic - it provided a powerful and effective clean that left my teeth feeling incredibly fresh and polished. I was so impressed with the performance of the brush that I recommended it to several of my friends and family. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, the toothbrush suddenly stopped working. I reached out to the seller to see if they could help and I have to say that their customer service was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly responsive and friendly, and they offered to replace my toothbrush free of charge. I am surprised how much I like it. Smaller brush head , but it does the job well. A little noisy in the mouth, but that's OK . Came with extra brush heads. If it last a reasonable time, I will order it again. Good price (it's rechargeable. )

After buying my 10 year old daughter this toothbrush in light blue previously, I was shocked the amount of times I had to recharge my Philips Sonic-Care toothbrush in comparison to never having to charge hers. I trashed the soni-care and bought myself one because I was so impressed! Not only that, it works just as well. I even bought my daughter a second one for her travel bag. I have been using a major brand toothbrush for the last 12 years. In the last 5 years, I have been using their Sensitive brush heads. Recently, it seems that their brush heads are not as sensitive as before. I thought I would try this toothbrush and love it. The brush head is very gentle. I cannot vouch for the longevity, however the toothbrush is so economical that even if you had to replace it every six months it would still be cheaper than buying the major brand brush heads.     • Not quite as powerful as the "original"
It works well enough. I use an Oral B electric and this. (And a "Water Pik".) No, it is NOT like the original, but it works well enough. Nice size though. It does polish your teeth but is not nearly as aggressively as a "normal" Oral B (also expensive) electric or the actual ultrasonic this is supposed to replace. For how much cheaper it is, it works okay. In some ways, I would say to splurge for the real thing, it only hurts once to buy it and it lasts for years. But for the price, with 6 heads included, you can use this and throw it away for less than the cost of just the heads for the original. Great "budget" solution. It does polish your teeth better than a manual toothbrush though. You can feel it with your tongue. Maybe even better than an Oral B. But not as effective at getting food out that is "stuck" in your teeth as an Oral B or a manual toothbrush or the "real thing". I do recommend it in addition to a manual toothbrush (or Oral B) but it is NOT equivalent to what cost 4 times as much. For the price, it is a good value. I use an Oral B one time I brush and then this the next time. Then back to the Oral B electric. This does polish your teeth. The battery does last a crazy long time so it is a good "travel" toothbrush. Charge it once and it lasts for weeks. I do think it will leave your teeth feeling smoother and more polished than a manual toothbrush or an Oral B. Since it not as aggressive, I often first "rinse" my mouth of food with a manual toothbrush and plain water to get any food chunks out, and then finish with this that has toothpaste on it to polish my teeth clean. You can feel the difference vs a manual toothbrush for sure! I think you can feel it over an Oral B electric (the real thing) as well. But it not like the expensive ultrasonic. You get what you pay for. Great budget solution or when you want to just polish your teeth a little more than a manual toothbrush. ... show more
