This product came packaged well. It was incased in foam. At of the parts were there and the instructions were good. There was no damage to any of the parts even though the outer box showed evidence of rough handling. Working alone, it took me a few hours to assemble, but that was because it was shipped in separate panels and connectors that when finally put together made for a very sturdy cabinet on a great set of casters. The casters lock in both modes, swivel locks, and rolling locks, so it stays where you put it. All of the corners of the cabinet have "bumpers" that will protect them from damage and reinforce the sheet metal. When finished, it is a good-looking cabinet. This metal garage storage cabinet offers fantastic value for the price. The build quality is solid, and I was really impressed with how well it was packed – tons of protection between the shelves and around the corners. Despite a minor dent on one panel (easily fixable), everything arrived in great shape. The 4-inch wheels are heavy-duty and lock securely, making the cabinet easy to move and stable when stationary. A big plus is the versatility of the pegboards in side the cabinet, which can also be used as shelves. The adjustable shelves offer plenty of customization options. Assembly was straightforward thanks to clear instructions and well-organized, labeled parts. Although the corner bolts were a bit tricky to install and I noticed a couple of discrepancies in the part numbers within the instructions, it wasn't a major issue. It took me about 1.5 - 2 hours to put together with some basic tools. Overall, this cabinet is a great buy. Fast shipping, good delivery, and excellent quality. I bought 3 of the 1-drawer + cabinet and 3 of the 3-drawer models, so six units total. Over all, quality and assembly are better and more straightforward than one might expect for cabinets in this price range. The finish is of good quality at this price point as well. They ship as knockdowns, as anything in this range would. The metal is fairly thin, but by design the cabinet uses more fasteners and rigidity comes from the design. Out of 6 units, only one arrived absolutely perfectly. If you look very closely you can see where bends and impacts were introduced into the material from the inside surfaces of the unit. The only way it's visible is by looking at the cabinet in the sunlight at a steep angle. For cheap garage storage, it's really hard to imagine better. 4 out of 5 only because the drawer bottoms are a bit fragile in design (they are cut/stamped and you fold them up, so it's a weak point and if a fluid were to drop in a draw, it will not be contained) and because of the otherwise imperceptible finish issues from transit packing. This shelf is great for storing all of our office supplies and random files needing storage. The shelf is heavy enough to be sturdy, but light enough for one person to move around. I love the adjustable height shelves that really allow me to utilize all of its available space the way I want to. It’s super functional and the finish is nice. This unit has a large storage capacity, very good unmasking casters, and was easy to assemble. Assembly took some time as every part was shipped perfectly protected but flat packed. It came with two pairs soft white gloves, a good quality screw driver, all hardware with at least one extra of every screw, washer or sleeve .very clear instructions and all the holes and slotted area were perfectly drilled or fabricated, so much less stressful. Apparently it’s meant to be assembled by two people but I easily did it alone (72 yr old. 5’1” female) and I bought and assembled the matching 1 drawer, 2 door cabinet too. I like the three drawer the best, feels like the storage is more assessable. Both arrived in perfect condition, hardest part was weight of carts one 60+ lb, another 70 lb, has to use my dolly to bring inside. ... show more

Sturdy, easy-ish to assemble, hydraulic hinges too stiff and closes violently. The hydraulic arms are so stiff I feel like the shelf will pull out of the wall before the door will close! Once I get door about half closed it will slam shut with loud bang. I tried to find way to contact customer service but was unable to find any seller contact info on Amazon. I didn't find any way of adjusting the tension on the hydraulic lift arms. If the shocks weren't so awful I'd really like the design. ... show more

This product was a fantastic purchase! Although the instructions were somewhat challenging to follow, with a little patience, I managed to assemble the drawer and get everything to work perfectly. The cabinet is incredibly sturdy, and the wheels roll smoothly. An updated assembly video on Amazon would have been a helpful addition. Fantastic value for money. Packaging was superb with extra protection on corners. Came with all tools and even gloves to put everything together. Nothing was too sharp justifying the gloves, but nice to have. Really good wheels as well. All locking and soft rubber. It’s definitely not meant for a lot of weight, as the metal is relatively thin. But if you need a lightweight metal cabinet on sturdy wheels, this one can’t be beat for the price. ... show more
