They get the job done and one less call to the plumber. They pay for themselves the first time you need them. At this price, why not? UPDATE: 5/5/17 After using these around the house, I took them on my camping trip, with my Sportsman camper, to Canada. I ended up using them several times, for various jobs, with the camper, and was so glad I had them! The sockets are large, and take up little room for ten tools!     • Very handy set. Essential for home bath fixture removal & replacement.
Essential for changing your shower and bath knobs. And can fit inside a socket allowing you to use a ratchet or a breaker bar for stubborn shower valve & stem assemblies (this may not be a recommended use but they sure aren't any worse for wear from me doing it).

    • Well made, but wrong sizes to fit standard faucet nuts.
Well made for the purpose. No complaints with that. However I found that there was not a size that fit my valve stem nut exactly and was forced to use a size socket that was a bit larger than needed, which then rounded the edges of the nut. Had to give up and resort to using vice grips directly on the nut itself to break it loose. So essentially these sockets were useless. I don't know why the sizing was incorrect. The nut I was trying to remove was installed nearly 60 years ago, so I'd think it would fit at least one of the 10 different size sockets. But it didn't. Others have said these are metric, though they're marked as fractional inches. At any rate, they were the wrong size for my application. ... show more

Priced right for a tool that I will seldom use. There is no substitute for the specific purpose of this tool. Save yourself the aggrevation of rounding off soft, brass plugs and nuts. Pays for itself with one use.
