The customer service communication and delivery were excellent. We received two Amazon messages about scheduling delivery and a phone call. We could schedule delivery, manage the appointment through CEVA Logistics, and track the order. On delivery day, we received a phone call and text. The delivery guys carried the two packages (156 lbs total) to our apartment and allowed me to unpackage them to check all the parts. We wanted to buy an elegant dining table that would be hard for my kids to ruin! So we were trying to go far away from wood and materials easy to scratch so we opted for this gorgeous glass table. The customer service was exceptional. From the moment I placed my order, the seller kept me informed about the shipping status and expected delivery date. When the table arrived, it was securely packaged to prevent any damage. When we wanted to put the table together 1 little screw came faulty... it happens!, right? So we contacted the seller who from the get-go was super accessible. Right off the foot he was ready to ship a replacement for the screw, but we needed it super fast because we had an open house dinner coming up. To help us he sent an entire set of legs and hardware to make sure we had no additional problems with our table and he even expedite the shipping. Moreover, the seller followed up after delivery to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The table is amazing. Very solid conversation piece when people come over. Everyone has so many good things to say about it. It is very sturdy I was concerned with that due to the simplicity of the base. But it is build and designed well to be structurally sound. I can’t not be happier with my dining table! The delivery service called to schedule me, when there was a week delay they stayed in contact & made sure to set me up for another time. No weekend deliveries. Delivery drivers called 15mins prior to their arrival & brought my table inside my home for me. Very pleasant, respectful & careful men. The table is Heavy duty but well packaged/protected. I did have to have a friend help get the legs on. My advice attached the legs to the table & then flip it. Too hard to assemble the legs then attach to the table. Jack from Amazon was amazing!! Checked in with me to make sure my delivery was smooth & even a week later to see if I was happy or had any issues! Top tier customer service! I’m sooo in Love with this beautiful piece! My chairs (found separately on Amazon) match perfectly. Don’t second guess, go ahead & buy it! Thank you Jack, Amazon and my delivery guys!! ... show more

It’s hard to find a good quality table in this price range. I wanted to go wood but realized everything is cheap and fake at that price. I settled on glass and I am so happy I did. I almost went with another seller because it was a little cheaper and I happy I picked this seller. Great quality, she hires her own delivery truck so you can make sure you are home so it doesn’t get damaged. The delivery driver even took it into our dinning room for us!
