Overall, I really like this couch, especially considering the price I paid for it. It’s brand new to me, so we’ll see how it holds up, but my first impression is that it’s a good purchase. Shipping - this arrived REALLY quickly. As other reviews mentioned, it arrived in two packages, which I knew to before I ordered from looking at the reviews, but almost immediately after purchasing I received a message from the company telling me to expect two packages. The tracking number showed me the status for both packages when I looked it up through fedex website. The first package arrived ahead of time by two days, and the second arrived the first day from the range I was given. Couch itself - I love the color, exactly what I wanted. The size is perfect since I live in a small apartment. My cat is a big fan of the wide armrests so far, too. The seats are pretty firm, but not uncomfortable. I like it, and prefer it. I also really love the seat depth, it’s deep enough I can lean back or curl up. It was super easy to put together, and feels like a durable couch. ... show more

I was skeptical about buying a couch of for amazing but this is my second couch off of amazing and I am AMAZED with this couch. The dimensions were right on. It’s a very comfortable couch to nap on. The back of the couch is tall not one of those short backs below your shoulder blades. The color is perfect it’s a true beige, the fabric is sooooo soft and it’s super nice that the cushion covered can be removed and washed. Super light and super easy to put together. I will say the cushions for the back of the couch are only a few inches thick so I’m wondering if they’ll go flat quickly and they also do not have Velcro to keep them stuck to the back but they do squish together good and don’t fall out easily. I would definitely buy this again. ... show more

I LOVE this sofa. It fits perfectly in my tiny living room and gives my home a rich, classy look. Not only does it look good, it feels incredibly comfy. The fabric is luxurious and feels so amazing on my skin...The cats love it just as much as I do, who knows, maybe more; they lie on it, all stretched out, purring softly. Hopefully, (I tried a few times) I'll be able to capture them in a photo to add here. The wide adjustable arms, are the icing on the cake. My cousin can't wait to visit, as it will serve as her bed. Yes, it's wide enough to roll on your side and back, without fear of falling off. As if this were not enough, customer service treats you like royalty. They are in contact from ordering, to shipping, and making sure that you are happy with your purchase...Tell me another furniture seller that does that. It's not just a sofa, it's a warm and loving relationship...YES, I think I'm in love with a sofa and the Upvilla family! The sofa was a perfect accent piece to our remodeled sunroom. I was out of town when it arrived but my wife put it together by herself in about an hour. The fabric is very soft and seems like very good quality. The armrests are great in that they can adjust in three different positions. The pockets on each end of the sofa are very convenient as well. It's also very nice that the cushions unzip for easy washing. The only negative is the armrest if you lean against them they do pop up fairly easily but that's a minor complaint. The seats are deep and the sofa is long which is great for a bigger guy like me. We would definitely recommend this sofa. ... show more

This loveseat is perfect for my one bedroom apartment. I love the fact that you can lift the side arm to rest your head on to read or watch TV. The upholstery fabric feels incredible and it is very comfortable sitting and/or laying on. Assembly was very easy to do.

Nice sofa. The grey is just as pictured. Comfortable sleeper. It is 26” deep seat, but if you take the cushions off and replace with a rolled pillow you get another 4”. Also not difficult to put together. Love my sofa. I show with arms up. Hopefully you can see that there are 2 positions. Don't mind my mess, just moving in. 😁 ... show more

Originally was looking to purchase the 2 person love seat version of this sofa. Decided to go with a 3 person sofa. I enjoy stretching out on it to read and/or watch tv. It is sturdy and comfortable. I chose the light gray and am happy with this neutral color. It didn’t take long to assemble. The armrest raises up at an angle, which is nice when stretching out. Easy to build. Tilting arms are convenient. Seat is deep, which is why I chose it, but there is no lumbar support and I end up with a backache after spending any time on it. The blue is a bit more boring than I expected/hoped for.
