I did not expect this to be as high quality, since the price was lower than the others I was also considering. I assumed that the colorful throw pillows did not come with it, but they did. It seems very sturdy and comfortable! It looks just like the pictures. It shipped from GA and I received it within 2 days, I’m in Florida. It did take 2 hours to assemble it. Will take less time if you have a ratchet. You get a little Allen wrench with it, but that took too much time, so we used a ratchet. Assembly was not complicated at all.

I received my item, after putting everything together missing the 3 back pieces to the chairs so upset about it really wanted to enjoy it now I’m waiting to hear back hopefully soon I don’t want a refund just my missing parts!

Had a few minor questions and these folks jumped right in to help me out. Super courteous and fast responses ! Hard to find that kind of help these days, but I found it with them ! And the back pillows on this set are AMAZING ! Seriously could use them on your bed, they're that comfy !

Bought this for my daughter’s patio. Great value, looks just like photo and comfortable. Little time consuming to put together but well worth it. Sturdy build and cozy set up.

The media could not be loaded. I spent several days researching outdoor couches trying to find the best deal. This is it, and it’s not close. I was quite nervous when there was only one review, but decided to risk it given that the next cheapest option I saw was about $200 more (including shipping) for the same size. Note that this was $250 with $50 shipping when I got it. Could it be more comfortable? Sure. Do I wish the cushions didn’t move as much? Yes. But if you’re trying to spend as little as possible, there isn’t a better choice on Amazon right now (as of June 2024). I am known in all my friend groups for finding the best deals on Amazon, so trust me when I say I’ve looked around lol. If you don’t mind spending $500+, this may not be the right couch for you, though I would note that the quality honestly feels similar to one of that price. I think you’d have to go notably higher to notice a difference. It’s honestly a bit bewildering why this option was so much cheaper than the alternatives, though it’s certainly possible they increase the price the more reviews come in.
