I live in the Phoenix area and bought the 7x14 cover to put over my Big Tex 77 inch by 14 foot utility trailer. After about a month and a half of being on the trailer and only taken off and put back on one time, it was ripping and totally useless. One month and 3 days after purchase (4 days after eligibility to return) when I go to remove the cover it splits right down the middle. Guess it is fine if you want to cover your trailer and park it, but if you are looking to protect a trailer you use once in a while, look elsewhere.

You need to be careful to ensure water can drain, and not stay on top of the cover. Mine ripped after about a month.
