I have two sets of these. First set was from a different seller. First set had a plastic bottom that the stakes got placed through and had a spike to insert into the ground. This set has a cast aluminum base with no spike to insert into the ground, it only has the stakes. It is a little wobbly because of this. However, I actually like it better because I was able to place a piece of rebar through the pole and into the ground which made it super stable. They stay lite for 10 hours without losing much brightness. On a rainy day they stayed lite all through the night. Picture is of both different sets that look the same. Left two are the first set and the two on the right are this set. The picture looks like it lights up the are more than it actually does. They do not light up the ground area as much as seen in the picture. It is dimmer but enough for around the fire pit. PROS: All aluminum but the plastic top. Real glass, finish color is perfect, you can change out the bulb with any normal E36 socket bulb that is a low wattage LED. CONS: None. Not sure how long they will last, time will tell, I have only had them for 3 weeks. VERDICT: Love them and may purchase more from this seller. My daughter would like these too. ... show more

This pair of aluminum outdoor solar 'floor' lamps is fantastic; the lamps are both highly functional and decorative. The brass finish is pretty and also rustproof. The glass-sided fixture transmits enough light to navigate dark areas and looks lovely against the brass finish. Now the lamps, fully assembled, are lightweight; they need to be secured. The base has four predrilled holes (screws are provided). I elected a little different route. I turned a medium/large terracotta pot upside down, slid the pole through the hole, and attached the lamp base. The lamps are weighted down but still mobile. These lights stay on the entire night and are still on when I get up every morning. These well-crafted lights are a great value. ... show more

These are extraordinarily styled. I love the burnished copper look (black on copper). Although the pieces were not marked, it was a simple and task free assembly. It comes with an extra lightbulb, that at first had me curious, because, will the light bulbs run out and where would I be able to purchase the second bulb, if so? I took one star off, due to the top heaviness of these. The lamp posts do come with tent pegs (ground stakes) approx, 6 inches long, but if you live in a windy locale, you might want to examine other methods of attaching these. I have a few areas of the yard that are dark at night walking to my garden where I cannot run power to and came across these solar lamp posts! These lights are charged by the sun therefore no need for power and can place where you need illuminating. Appreciate 4 various height options 19", 34", 49", or 63" all in same light. The order came with 2 lamp posts. The light is bright to illuminate the area but not bright where blinding when walking by. Options to secure are with landscaping stakes or with anchors/screws into concrete. Great lights! ... show more

Ok these thing are impressive. When they came in, i literally only got about 20 mins of sun time before i ran out of daylight. Stupid easy to assemble. Brought them back in.....light shining bright as can be....i kid you not.....24 hours later they are still shining bright in my basement! 20 mins of sunlight people.....20 mins.......excellent excellent lights. I liked that these lights had solar panel on all 4 sides which increases the exposure to sunlight no matter which position sun is on during the day. So, good design decision. However, that is negated by the bad design decision of not including the central spike at the bottom that can firmly hold the ground while the metal stakes hold it from the 4 sides. Due to missing center spike, I found the light easily bent one way or the other with slightest rain and/or wind. Coming to lights/brightness, they do not provide enough light to light up the area, just enough to see them more like a decorative light. This is understandable because a brighter light would shorten the backup time these lights stay lit. All in all okay product ... show more

These are PASAMIC brand 63" outdoor solar post lamps. They come in a 2-pack. They are waterproof and rustproof and made from lightweight aluminum. I like that they automatically turn on at night and turn off in the morning. I also like that the height can be adjusted from 19" to 63". These lamps were very easy to put together and look great! We plan to place them on our deck where we will be able to enjoy them year round. They do need to be grounded to keep them upright and stakes are provided for that purpose. ... show more
