I bought this pack for the cut and buff portion of an automi paint project. I stated with 800 and moved to finer grits as customary with these procedures. The stuff works, but I found they have half the life/usefulness of 3M, Mika, and not even close to Trizact. Was it as expensive, no. So this is not a real slam against the company. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is very true in this case. In the end, did they do the intended job, yes. Not the best, but also not the worst ... show more

I felt very confident using these and it was my first time. These pads Velcro on for easy use. The 5000 grit works slowly which is a good thing to make sure you don’t burn through clear coats. I used this on my headlights and it turned out great

I wet sand boats during the winter months. Tried these discs in a 600 grit, and was very impressed. They do not last as long as the big name boys, but they leave a nice smooth finish and considering the very significant price difference, they are perfect for the job. I used this to cut automotive clearcoat prior to buffing. It worked very well and held up similarly to the comparable 3M product at a much lower cost. I will buy again.

Best disks I've ever used. They just keep working and working. No tear outs or lifting. Just great disks. I'm running 2K 5K and 10K and then just a quick polish with a buffer and it looks like glass. Seriously great disks.

Wear endurance and abrasive cut quality - look elsewhere. A classic "ya' get what you pay for..." Carbide coating is neither sharp nor aggressive, whatever the disc coarseness. Even brand new they barely cut. Used wet, discs typically last longer, cut better, smoother. Not a single quality displayed by these discs. Night & Day difference, enormously better when using brand-name quality discs, 3M as an example. Don't waste money on these! ... show more
