The plastic ends on the poles that go into the ground do not stay attached when removing the poles. They should be glued or affixed more securely. I am now missing three plastic ends. There is no contact information for the seller on Amazon, even though they claim to offer 12-month 100% after-sales customer service. I have no way to obtain replacement parts. ... show more
