Perfect for a remote bath. If you find that chart online you can calculate the kwh you need for your zone, weather / climate, and the number of points you'll have. This for our zone, was enough for a single use shower. So now we have unlimited hot water for our guest bath shower.

If you turn the hot on first the water is immediately boiling hot and could burn soft hands. If you start at cold and turn it to hot, it’s not bad.

Did not realize this is not appropriate for showers, found out after purchasing and past return date. The silver braided water hose leaks. How do I get a replacement? Value was not bad but use is limited.

    • Great for easy hot water access
This is great for easy hot water access anywhere you need. At 6500 watts, this tankless heater has more power than cheaper models, and it shows in how hot and fast you can use the water. This is a powerful unit. It's still compact enough it should fit in most sink cabinets or places you would use this. I ended up installing this in a work shed, which might be unusual, but it really helps to have hot water ready to wash greasy tools and hands, much nicer than splashing in cold water in winter. Since the shed already had 240V wiring, setting this up was super easy, and it's working smoothly without any leaks or issues. If you're installing inside the house, you may need to check your voltage. If you use a ton of water like a shower or bath, this might be an issue, but for quick uses, and often, this is a fantastic tankless option. ... show more
