The instructions could be better, but not bad. Does not lag and fairly easy to use. Looks amazing, like the car came that way from the factory. Does not come with the antenna adapter. Could use some tweaks with the oem screen relocation pocket. Overall I would buy this product again.

After 6 month the lcd screen did not turn on but I could still listen to music. Contact the seller and they provided instruction on how to reset. I tried and still did not work. Told that I could have a bad screen and they will sent out a replacement. I was expecting at least 30+days coming from China to California. But after 2-3 days of back and forth email a package arrived and it was my replacement. They actual sent the entire kit. Now that customer services and standing behind their product! We will see how long this new unit last and I will update if it should fail.. finger cross that it doesn't! ... show more

I have a 2012 Honda Accord 4-door with AUX+USB inside the center console. Prying the car open wasn't difficult, the tools included helped. However, the included media bridge (20-pin) was not compatible with my car's media cable (14-pin), so I used the provided 3mm AUX to red/white cable reroute it to my car's AUX jack inside the center console. I keep the media setting to AUX and it works fine with Apple CarPlay, you can turn your car on and music will been playing via bluetooth. There have been moments when it will lag connect and sometimes won't connected, so as I'm driving I select the cog to reset the 'connect automatically' to get it playing again. Like 1/8 times it does this, so it's not the worst thing. Included pics: the grey cable head is the bridge provided and the white one is what was in my car. I purchased the 4GB ~$180 one, and I would not recommend it for the price. I would go down as much as possible, I'm sure a $100 one will do the same thing as mine. ... show more

due to the irregular dashboard of Accord2011, the 'universal' carplay cannot be adapted. However, this product can.be installed very well. The display is very clear, and it can easily connect to the iPhone via bluetooth, no additional app or accessories needed. The seller's Service attitude is very good. althoughthere were some issues during the installation, after contacting seller, they actively proposed a solution. ... show more

Stars are for the terrible customer service not the product. Ordered for a 2010 accord came with everything except the correct iso wire harness adapter that allows the new unit to send audio to factory unit as shown in pictures. White connector is the oem and the grey connector is what was given and is obviously for the wrong car. I’ve tried contacting business through email for help with situation I explained everything with pictures at first it would take over a day for a response and now I’m no longer getting any responses from the company that sent this product to me and are not helping me with the product. I have already installed majority of unit in car but is useless without corrected adapter cable. I am no longer getting responses back or any help for the situation so I repeat great product absolutely terrible customer service be extremely careful ordering from this company. ... show more
