I can't quite call this a hat, as it has a hole in the top. I can't call it a neck gaiter, as it is sewn in some really odd way that makes it very tight to get down over your head. Because it has the hole in the top, it's great for pulling my pony tail through. The colors are great, although I think I'd only use the orange one if I was going to be out walking the highway at night. It's BRIGHT!!!! They're comfy and super-soft. Unlike others I purchased this one has two seams on the outside, and with the fabric it's impossible for them to be matched up to look good. I liked the pic's on Amazon but was really happy when they arrived and were so warm, soft, and beautiful colors. I'm very happy with them. I'll be wearing them a lot this winter until my hair grows back. Lost my hair to cancer but getting lovely hats, scarves, and bennies helps. These bennies are perfect. They protect my head from getting cold plus some protection from bumps. You loose the most heat from your body through your head, so it's very important to keep it covered, even in summer, but definately in winter. I must not have taken long enough to adequately read the info and look at all the pictures, because I had just searched for slouchy beanies and added these to my cart based on the main picture. These are cute as far as a lightweight scarf/mask combo, but they're certainly not beanies, and now I still need to find hats. 🤦♀️ Read the listing carefully before buying, folks!
