arrived in timely manner, and nicely packed in 2 boxes. It was relatively easy to install and light to move by one woman. I love everything about this products . Only one thing I was disappointed was few legs were shorter than others, thus the chair shake little bit. Unfortunately, this patio set was not created for comfort. If your a smaller person less than 200 pounds you may feel differently. Plus side it's very pretty to look at. Decent quality, and not to hard to assemble. I hope this was helpful.

The media could not be loaded. It can be easy assembly. Have an extra set of hands. If you follow instructions and put everything in order based on what it is makes it easy. Some of the screws don’t fit right . But, once it comes together it’ll be perfect. The table definitely could use a little more of a stick because it’s loose. Other than that. The original shipment had a handful of damaged parts. I notified the seller and provided photos of the damages and they replaced all damaged parts. The damages looked to be from shipping/handling because the box was damaged too in the same spots as damage to the parts. Overall satisfied with the product for the price. I was hoping this would be nicer. But I guess you get what you pay for. We just moved into our new home and needed something for outside. Yes it looks nice but it isn’t comfortable.
