This 4 Pack of wheel chocks for a trailer by LEIDGG is exactly what my 6 x 12 utility trailer needed. Let’s start this off with a line from the About this item: “crafted from premium polypropylene material, featuring UV inhibitors to ensure long-lasting performance.” And I do believe that statement. I am a mechanical engineer, and these wheel chocks feel lightweight. And because of the elaborate lattice work in the design, they are very strong. And here is a rundown of what I like about them: 1) they are light weight. The polypropylene material is a time proven strong material. 2) the size is compact, and that saves me space when storing them. 3) there is a nose spike and a tail spike on them, and the weight of my trailer will help drive that into the ground. 4) there is a compact handle with a hole built right into it. And that is the perfect place for me to anchor a cable to the handle and the other end to my trailer. 5) three is a hole in the lattice work what a large pocket on the other side. This will allow me to secure two of these wheel chocks together with just enough distance to put one chock on either side of my trailer tire. 6) the color… these are bright red, no way to overlook these. Overall, I think these are a very good set of wheel chocks. And I recommend these for anyone with a utility trailer that needs to be stored and secured when not in use. ... show more

There are several things I love about these wheel chucks. First and foremost is the size. I have a pair of chocks that I've had for many years but they are smaller. Fine for a car, but my truck has bigger tires and these LEIDGG chocks are perfect. The handles are also a HUGE plus! Being able to grab these by the handle and pull them out is really nice, my old ones don't have that. They are very light yet strong enough for my truck. Having 4 is another big plus, as I can completely immobilize my front wheels by putting one on each side of each tire. With no parking break for the front tires this is a big plus. These chocks are bright yellow which is great for catching my attention before moving the equipment they are being used to hold in place. With paracord tied between a set, they are easy to pull. We have used them on a riding mower and horse trailer so far and they have held both securely. The plastic seems pretty durable. The texture of the tire ramp and bottom ground contact help hold the equipment securely on different surfaces. While constructed from a single piece of the material; the tire ramp is supported with a spine and web pattern combination. The product page indicates a pair of these wheel chocks have a safe load rating of 2000 lbs on tires 26" or less in diameter. Our horse trailer tires for example are ST225/70R15, translates to 27.4" diameter. This creates a small gap between the top of the chock "ramp" and the tire. Parked on a light slope, the trailer seems secure with all four of the chocks placed on the down slope side. Overall, these would be good for a smaller car, compact SUV or light duty trailer. ... show more

Being sooo much better than the all to common chunk of 2x4 or 4x4 lumber used to stop a vehicle from rolling, these sturdy polypropylene wheel chocks fit snugly between the tire and the ground without shifting. The material is slick enough to repel dirt, grime and oil so that they wipe clean for storage rather than adsorb whatever they had been sitting on. They have loops cast into the backside so they can be handled by a clean area which has not touched the pavement, ground or the tire, for quick and easy storage. For a strong but thin hanger, I ran those small cable key chain wires though each one so I could carry multiples and hang them on the shop wall or store them in the spare tire recess in the trunk. Very handy. Can recommend these as an easy to use safety device anytime you need an added measure in immobilizing a vehicle. ... show more

This review is for the LEIDGG 4-Pack Wheel Chocks. The product includes four chocks that arrived undamaged in an appropriately-sized cardboard box. These chocks are a perfect for the 15" wheels on my trailer, and they're also suitable for both prepared and unprepared parking surfaces. I like that these chocks are solid on the bottom (which minimizes the possibility of being pushed down into softer surfaces such as loose gravel or dirt), and the handle on the rear of each chock makes it easier to remove them when needed. I used this set to replace a similar set of chocks that lasted more than 20 years. I have no reason to expect these won't last just as long. ... show more

These are wheel chocks. You get four of them. They are plastic and very light. Have a handle in back instead of a rope on similar ones. It works but maybe a cinder block behind it if you want it really sturdy.

Wheel chocks are often a good tool, whether you're changing a tire, parking on a slope, or locking trailer tires while unhitched. The handles on these can make it easier to grab them or tie a short rope to sets as many do. I got the red set which will hopefully stand out to make it more obvious they are there (and not forget about them). The rough edges may help grip in the dirt or snow, yet I had some plastic ones slip on bare pavement (allowing a trailer to move a foot when I wanted it to hold). Nothing may be 100% perfect for every situation, but anything is better than nothing. ... show more
