The 4KOR Fitness Resistance Cords are essential to your home gym. My whole family uses these resistance bands to do so many different exercises we have honestly stop most of our free weights. I am a baseball coach as well as physical education teacher and often bring the bands into the weight room for kids to use almost everyday. After school the baseball team utilizes the bands for rotator cuff strengthening as well as overall shoulder health. I have been very impressed with the amount of total body strengthening you can do with the ability to load the different cords together to create necessary resistance. I've been using 4KOR resistance cords for a while now, and they’ve completely transformed and intensified my workouts. My shoulders feel a lot less achey, and they also feel stronger with a greater range of motion. I'm very impressed with the fit and finish of this pair of resistance cords— The durable rubber gripped handles make these cords really easy to use. The safety sleeves make these cords feel a lot safer to use, I don’t need to worry about getting slapped in the face by a snapped band. The only potential negative is you only get the pair of cords, and the pair of rubber gripped handles, if you want to anchor these cords to a squat rack, the anchor straps are sold separately, they’re about twenty bucks.
