It would be an awesome little camera; great picture ability to speak to someone over the camera, night, vision, etc. However, after about four months, it will tilt still, but it stopped panning from left to right. If this feature is not that important to you, then I’d buy it. However, if you want all the features to work as they should for at least a year, then I would choose another camera. ... show more

I've had countless different cameras over the past few years, I wanted to give this one a test drive. I'm having a house built and wanted to have some security, installation was pretty easy/straight forward. The directions wasn't that great so I did my research online to find out what I needed to, this thing covers a huge area in front of my house by the front door I am impressed, its definitely worth buying you get alerts of any movement whatsoever.     • Pan Feature stopped working just after support window ended

Overall the unit provides nice picture capability both day and night (IR and spotlight). However, shortly after the product support ran out the pan feature on the unit stopped working. We had intermittent times where the unit would appear to stop moving but assumed it was due to limited cellular network access where the camera is located. However, the real problem was that the motor on the unit must have been defective as it finally just stopped moving left and right and will only move up or down. Disappointing. ... show more
