This thing got to me quick and wasn’t difficult to assemble , the reviews had me doubting my purchase. I’m about 240 and this thing will get me up a steep hill at 25mph + 80mpg . So far I have a little over 60miles and it’s doing okay . Engine makes some odd noises under load but I didn’t expect anything perfect for this price . When something breaks it’s super cheap to upgrade it. I had hoped you could get away with driving this with no license but you still need a valid class c drivers license to operate on public roads . ... show more

    • Do not buy!!
I bought this scooter in March did everything I was supposed to do. Had the starter oil changed by a certified dealer. First the battery and light was no good. Replaced myself didn't want to deal with the hassle. Then fast forward 4 months later find out the motor was defective per the certified scooter mechanic. Contacted the seller who referred me to the manufacturer whom is just a distributor. Manufacturer from China. Seller responded told me to give them a few days never responded back to talk to the manufacturer. It cost $797 for labor and the motor the scooter cost around $1400. Disappointed with Amazon as well, understand their 30 day policy, but I ask why they allow sellers that can't stand behind a product to continue on their website. Nothing from them as well. I checked the Better Business Bureau there were complaints against this company. Wished Amazon and myself had done some research before purchasing or allowing them on their website. Hope this helps the next buyer. Don't waste your time or money. I would never make a big purchase like this again from Amazon. ... show more

    • Great beginner scooter.
I’ve had this scooter for about 2/m now. It’s a great beginner bike, I was able to max out between 35-40 mph carrying about 290lb. I was told by the seller to do an oil change within a few days of getting the scooter and allow the engine to break in. I was told to not exceed 25mph until everything was situated. So far I’m satisfied with the purchase as I only ride on the weekends. After doing an oil change after a few days I did see a few metal shaving which I hope don’t cause an issue later on. Beside that everything works great. I’m thinking of probably placing a 70cc big bore kit on there to get just an extra boost. ... show more

    • Customer service for warranty parts
I recently purchased a moped from them it shipped and arrived mint condition and earlier than I expected. So for that, I commend them. After I drove it for a while, it was still under warranty. I contacted them and their customer service had me sent over pictures they repeatedly kept asking me the same questions and to submit the same pictures. When I called to ask about the replacement parts, and if they were indeed going to live up to the warranty, told me she would call back. I never heard from her again when it comes down to the warranty parts purchased warranty when I spoke to them they told me I only had 30 days from the purchase date . ... show more

    • Baodiao Scooter - Amazing Service And Product
I ordered the BLACK Baodiao Scooter. I ordered it on the 12th of September 2024 and it came in on the 20th of September 2024. The Delivery was an easy smooth process, the company they use is terrific. They sent video links of how to put together the Scooter and being a non-mechanic 20-something year old Female I can guarantee the videos help I put the Scooter together myself and had my neighbor who is a Mechanic look at it to make sure I didn't mess any of the wires up. (I didn't). The Seller is 10/10 with communication they called to make sure they had the right name, address, delivery time, delivery date. They emailed needing the VIN code and when I sent it they called twenty minutes later to confirm it. Best service I've ever had.
