The included straps are a nice feature, but somewhat of a bother to use. I've had the cover for 3 days. We've had heavy rain and it has keep the mower dry. The vents seem to work well to allow moisture to pass through to limit rusting. The cover is extremely large - probably about 30% larger than it needs to be. That's better than too small. It may be to cover a bagger if someone has that attachment. The 2 nylon snaps that hold the cover on are nice. It is a pain to feed them under the unit. But, necessary due to high winds that could take the cover off. First thing I noticed as I took it out of the clear plastic package was how well it was constructed out of waterproof canvas fabric and sewn with welts so seams should not ravel for a very long time. It has “FRONT” sewn on front, so it should be aligned correctly and a drawstring around the bottom so it should stay put in windy locations. Other than sun damage, I’d say I bought the best thing to cover my big investment- my lawn & Garden Tractor. Now it’s up to me to put it in the best place possible for the longevity of the fabric. Pretty good fit too! So much better than a tarp that only lasted a year anyway! Depending on where I park it for winter will decide how long it lasts now. It was simple for 1 old lady to put it on correctly & packaging was 1 sheet chipboard and the single plastic bag- that was nice too! I think this will last years & years if I park it out of direct sunlight and on the right side of the house as to not take the brunt of the winter storm we usually get. Stretchy adjustable cord around bottom for good coverage and no fly offs! 3 stars instead of 4 for the lightweight watershed fabric on top- I believe should have fabric underneath the lightweight fabric for more structure support over time the heavier material on sides will pull on the lightweight top “fabric”. ... show more

I have had this cover for a little more than three months now and we have had high winds and crazy rain storms and the cover stayed secured and snug to my lawn mower. I got it a little bigger than what I needed but the straps hold it well.
