The 3-gallon rechargeable backpack sprayer has a 4000 mAh battery that lasts a long time. The sprayer includes the reservoir tank, five sprayer heads, about six feet of tubing, two telescoping sprayer wands, a filter cup, a graduated measuring cup, a rechargeable pump handle, a USB recharging cable, two shoulder straps, several small sealing gaskets, a screw-on tank cap, and an information sheet. The pump is located in the rechargeable handle. The pump is activated by pressing a button switch on the handle. The pump is self-priming. It runs until you press the button again, which turns it off. I needed a battery-powered sprayer because I like to spray the vinyl siding on my house and on my brother-in-law's house at least once a year. That is a lot of spraying. I have been using a one-gallon sprayer that I had to pump up the pressure by hand, and I just carried it around. I would have to repeatedly pump it up every minute or so. I also had to refill it before the job was complete. It made the job very tedious. This unit made the job so simple. I dissolved my soda ash, trisodium phosphate, and ammonia in a jug of warm water and dumped it through the strainer into the backpack tank. I then topped it off with more warm water. I was able to spray the entire house with just one full tank. (I just let the weather rinse everything off.) The battery pump was still going strong at the end of the job. I was extremely satisfied with how much time and aggravation this unit saved me. I will never go back to the old way. I rinsed everything out with clear water to clean the sprayer. This is all the good news. I do have some quibbles about this sprayer. There is nothing major, but there are a lot of little things that I believe everyone should be aware of. The reservoir is marked as having a 3-gallon capacity. However, the molded-in graduation markings on the tank are in two-liter increments, from two to twelve liters. If you are accustomed to mixing based on gallons, you need to get a Sharpie and mark the gallon levels on the tank. Several sealing gaskets are included with the unit, but the information sheet only seems to suggest putting one on the connection of the suction tubing to the top of the tank. I found that the gasket tended to squeeze out to one side and did not seal. I ended up finding a small plumbing O-ring that worked better. All of the other connections sealed well without these gaskets. I keep referring to it as an "information sheet" rather than calling it an "instruction sheet" because it is so brief. It tells how to turn the unit on and off and how to charge it. It has a diagram of the assembled unit. That is just about all of the useful information it has to offer. The diagram does not render the graduated measuring cup. It appears that it can be threaded to the inside of the handle lid, but it seems to be a storage option only. Once the reservoir suction tubing is attached to the pumping handle, it cannot be disconnected because it is attached by a barbed connector. This means that when you bring the handle inside to charge, you must drag almost six feet of tubing into the house with it. If the tubing still has some liquid in it, you must exercise extreme care to avoid a mess. The USB-A to USB-C charging cable is not quite 12 inches long. That is really short. I included a picture of my attempt to charge the handle with all of the tubing attached. I had to put everything on the kitchen counter, and you can see the cable barely stretches to the charger in the wall outlet. I suggest finding a longer cable to make this chore more convenient. The small filter tip attached to the tank suction tube can sometimes slip off when you remove the tube from the tank. I almost threw it out with the rinse water, not noticing it had slipped off and was floating in the tank. It's a good thing that it can be removed to clean out the tube, but it is something you must carefully watch for. There is no way to align the shoulder pads with your shoulders. The pads are sewn to the straps, and there is too much length between the clips and the pads for them ever to hit the top of your shoulders. I flipped the straps both ways and shortened them as short as they would go. No amount of fiddling did any good. The filled tank is not so heavy that the straps bite your shoulders, but it would be much more comfortable if the pads would ride on top of your shoulders. There is also no way to make the shoulder straps short enough to keep the tank from riding on your derriere. I included a picture of me spraying the vinyl siding of my house, and you can see the tank drooping below my back down to my posterior because the straps could not be shortened enough. As I said, these are just quibbles. This sprayer is a game-changer for me and does the job very well. The spray comes out of the wand in a good, strong stream. It is at least as strong as the stream I got from my other sprayer. I love the telescoping wand. It helps me reach a lot higher when I am spraying. Now, here is a tip that just might make it worth your while for reading to the end of this review. I wondered why on earth they included two telescoping wands? Did they expect that one of them would break, so you needed a spare? Well, maybe. But I found that I could attach them together to give me twice the reach! I was so happy when I opened this. They thought of everything. I Love that it can be carried on your back instead of on your shoulder. I have one with a shoulder strap it is always slipping and getting in my way, and can get heavy when carried by the handle. This comes with several different nozzles and 2 wands. This is my third battery-powered sprayer and it has more attachments than the other 2 combined. But Wait it gets better. On the tank under the lid is a compartment where you store all of the nozzles in it looks like a laundry soap measuring cup. Wait for it...It gets better-There is a place to store the wands on the backpack This sprayer works well and holds a good amount. The equipment itself is lightweight, the only real weight is from the liquid you add to it. They did think of everything when they designed this, they have a spot to store all of the attachments. That alone is deserving of 5 stars. I wish other companies were that innovative. I would recommend, this it is good value. ... show more
