I was looking for a set of silverware that were weighted but no too expensive. given the low cost olf this set I really wasnt expecting much but they are beauitful. They are weighted but not too heavy and while they are plain with no design on them they look super elegant. Great buy.

CONS - Acquire little scratches over time - Kids throw away the little forks all the time. Sorry that's a personal problem! - The tines on the forks seems to bend a little easier than I would like. I read in other reviews the complaints of the small salad form. Well I like small things so this doesn’t actually bother me that much. I was confused by what people meant the length compared with a ruler and spending the time to compare to other products is the same it is just that the fork is a bit more narrow. So I just thought I’d clarify for anyone wondering. I like the weight of the silverware and sturdy feel of it. I haven’t done a hard ice cream test so unfortunately can’t give a review on that ... show more

This silverware just doesn't have the heft and feel I prefer. It's very narrow, not easy to grip like my set. Note each photo's has my silverware to the right of each Terlulu piece to compare. Also the smaller salad fork was useless. its tines are so close together don't think they would work well at picking up food. The knives are much better in size, weight when holding, good cutting edge. Large fork and spoon's equally good. I think overall they are a well made product for material and weight. ... show more
