We needed some vivid and large decorations for my mom in law's 99th Birthday Party! The two 9s we purchased were the center of the theme. They came with a small straw to use for inflating them. I blew these up using my own lungs! The adhesive that is provided has remained secure and the balloons have remained inflated for going on 4 weeks now. Great performance! .
