I have had my scooter for a week now, I fully charged the battery before I even put it on the scooter. It took less than an hour to come to full charge. Assembly was very simple and easy. I am a 78 year old man and had no problem. I ride it every day 3 times a day to take my dog out walking for 15 to 20 minutes each time. I only have the speed control at half speed for the dog, and I have not charged it yet after 6 days of riding, and it is still 3/4 charged still. I weigh 210 pounds and it goes very well. I would recommend a light pillow as you do feel the bumps. The seat is nice, but not real cushony. I am also 5’8” tall and fit just ok, as it is not as long as the more expensive ones. Also, I was amazed at the weight. Once I took the battery off and lifted the seat off, I would guess the weight at 40 pounds as I was able to lift the body using the handle in the rear and the steering bar and put it to the back of my dodge grand caravan. I am thinking about getting another one for my wife as her arthritis is getting to her knees. I highly recommend this scooter. ... show more

My husband needed something to use inside the house. We bought a much more expensive chair type vehicle that is far too difficult to control. I decided to try this little gem. I'm a small senior, and I had no problem putting it together myself. I can't lift it, but I assembled it on the deck where it was delivered and then drove it inside. Unpackaging and assembly took about 30 minutes and was quite easy. Heaviest part I had to lift was the battery. I was uncomfortable to discover that it has no brake, but it's not a problem once you get used to the operation how-to's. It is small scale, but so are we, so it's a perfect fit and easy to maneuver inside our home. All in all, we are very satisfied with the product and the price. ... show more

    • Battery is very difficult to get going and "The Company-Eveaniy" does not care to correctly help!!!
Many problems with the battery. I know "Eveaniy" does do not care but I have done everything they have suggested for over 2 weeks. I did have the Drive in the wrong spot once, but, I corrected it and the wires on the battery are not looses but tight. When you put the battery in, the two parts on the side, do not push down. As a result, I could finally, each time, jiggle the battery, for a while with the key in and then it finally starts and then screw it down. You have to do this everytime you take the battery out, to get the scooter in the car. I spent over $700 for the scooter and you have to go thru this everytime the time. Therefore, I guess the only way to get around it is to buy a $1,300 hydraulic trailer, so you don't have to take out the battery. When they built the scooter, why don't they do it right? I am beginning to let let people know the difficulty associated with the scooter. It is just not right. Remember, if you want to return it to them or Amazon, you have to pay over $250 to ship it back. Good luck, if you should buy one from Amazon. ... show more

We love the scooter and the price. Easy to take apart to transport in our trunk. We get several questions about it in the stores we tend to use it in. I somehow lost a pipe piece from under the seat one day when I was taking it a part to transport it. ( that piece had never came off before) I reached out to the seller to order a replacement piece-because it could not be used without the piece that attaches the seat to the base of the scooter. The seller was quick to communicate back to me. The seller was the most helpful in attending to me as I tried to explain to him the piece I was needing. Once he knew what piece I was seeking even as I was offering to pay for the needed part he told me to wait on it in the mail and he did not charge me anything for it, I can’t tell you in words how incredible that made me feel. Without that part my mom’s scooter would not be able to be used. The seller fulfilled my request at no charge to me. Not even postage did I pay - this seller and this scooter are both fabulous in my eyes. I don’t know about you but I love to buy from a business who i know has my back when i need them!!!!     • Runs and drives like a champ.
Scooter purchased because I have limited walking ability. I am a plus sized female and needed something small and easy to transport. This scooter fitted both catagories. We took it to the Mall yesterday and it peformed admirably. The turning radius is a little wider. I am still in the learning stage but it operated for 2 hours without seeming to lose any battery power at all. I am thrilled with it. And with the company that sold it to me. The original one was delivered damaged through no fault of the seller. Damage was inflicted when it was pulled from the delivery truck. We notified the seller and they jumped right on getting a solution. From first Delivery to my trip to the Mall it only took about a week and a half. I would recommend this seller. ... show more

    • Not much of a scooter
The slightest bump—a minor crack in the sidewalk any scooter should be able to handle—causes it to stop abruptly. It’s tricky to get the battery seated properly. Because of the problems even on good sidewalks, there are few places I’m willing to go on it. For a couple of hundred dollars more you can get a DRIVE Scout and it is far superior. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a Scout. ... show more
