So when I first received it. I was actually pretty surprised on how it came. But it ended up being on. I put it together one chair at a time. (Make sure the backrest actually goes up the right way ). I first put together and it looked short but it was user error and I had to flip it around the proper way. It actually came together fairly easily. After an hour or so putting it together. We put it outside on our patio since just re did it recently and needed something to put outside. Originally we were going to put it on the deck which we still might since it's a perfect size for that area. It actually is pretty comfortable and lightweight so it's easy to move around if we needed to do so. All in all we are pretty happy with the set and looking to probably get another set to match. To complete our patio and deck area. Thanks so much for the customer service responses I had when I needed to reach out for a set of directions digitally. UPDATE : very impressed with the communication from the supplier. They sent me a new bench seat and communicated with me and made sure they were able to help me fix the problem. I do love using my patio set especially during the summer. Easy to assemble. Not very comfortable. Did not last long the bench broke literally 3days ago and now I can’t return it. ... show more

I am so happy with this patio furniture! It took me about 2 hrs to put together which was a lot less time I thought it would take. It's not to big and not to small for my apartment patio. I got the black version and blue version and not only are they beautiful but I'm surprised about how comfortable this set is. All my neighbors are jealous lol. I can't wait to have company to set out in the patio now! ... show more

The set has been working well for us. It's relatively light weight, so it's easy to rearrange the pieces. The chairs are deep enough for someone who's 6ft tall to sit comfortably. Everything is easy to put together. It's a nice set for back patio for a small family. We've had it for over a month so far, and the chairs still hold out well. I only wish the cushions were thicker. I like to have a blanket over the chair at night for added padding. ... show more
