These precut tennis balls were the perfect solution to stop a walker from dragging on the hardwood floors. I left the original rubber base on so I had to use a box knife to lengthen on direction on the slot. They slipped on super easy and are the perfect fit.

The color is what drew me to purchase. As traditional tennis balls tend to be bright yellow. Didn't want to draw that kind of attention as I'm just starting to use a walker. From initially placing them on my husband had to cut the X a bit more. So the placement was a bit of a struggle. More than expected. After about 2 months I noticed how they were wearing down and plastic cracking on bottom. Not the original walker legs but the balls. I was surprised as I expected a bit more durability as I don't use the walker every day. Glad it came with more than 2. But now I know not to expect a longer performance. Just may have to search for a different brand or succumb to those bright yellow ones. ... show more

Finally, I was able to get my physical therapist to help me get the balls onto the walker. As for using the walker, I guess there’s no easy way to maneuver. There are a lot of cracks and crannies in most sidewalks. It makes the process very difficult.
