I have converted at least two screws on every license plate on each car we have. Cheap insurance since people are stealing plates more than ever. I don't know what grade of stainless these are and have not been able to determine at this point.

    • A little added security for your license plate
I know if someone wants to steal my license plates, there's not much I can do to stop them. However, I also don't want to just make it so easy that any casual by standard with a simple screw driver to remove my plates. These torx screws with the center stud provides an added layer of security, making it just a little more challenge for the casual opportunists.
