I have never owned anything like these before and I have to say its pretty nifty, I hate when I'm done fishing and when I just wanna get home, shower and relax I put all my poled in the back of my SUV and take off and biggest issue was all the lines getting tangled also because of the lures, hooks, dry bait still stuck to the line. Well not anymore with these wraps, they do such a good job separating my lines from getting tangled and I LOVE how you can see through them so you know what your looking for when you need it. I have other 'name brand' sleeves similar in design that I paid nearly double for. I wish I had found these first and saved some money. The plastic is thick but pliable and has not clouded even a little bit. The hook/loop closure is strong and sewn in well. They are big enough to keep my deep diver planer board lures safe in the rod locker and prevent lines from being nicked by exposed trebles. The only thing this set does not have that my 'name brand' versions do, is a hook sewn in on one corner to attach to the hook keeper on my rod. I have not had any issues with these sleeves sliding, so I only mention it to say there is a difference, but in my opinion, it's negligible. These are good, functional bait wraps and have the right type of material to not catch your hooks in them. I have bought other brands where one half still catches the hook and this is not like that. The listed dimensions are not correct, at least not in the way I interpret them. This is a 4 pack of 2 each of 2 different sizes. One size measures 8.75x8.25" unfolded external and the other measures 8x7" unfolded external. So in reality two of them will hold up to a 5" Rapala and the other two will hold up to a 6", both with a bit of room to spare (so anything but a very tall swimbait of that length should fit). About 3/8-1/2" is taken up by the border, so if you want to do the math to see if your lure would fit you have the info to do so from this. The velcro is adequate but not super strong, so I hope these last in the long term. ... show more
