2002 Monico Endeavor. Two latches broke. Plastic became brittle. Very light duty screws are provided. I used the original latch screws. Holes on narrow latch did not line up, a tad wider. Had to predrill new holes. These latches did correct the problem! Price very reasonable, I would recommend buying! ... show more

These latches, we found, are hard to find. Even Camping World didn’t have them. So of course we tried Amazon. They are as sturdy as the original one and a lot less expensive at RV parts stores. Now we don’t have to use rubber bands to keep our cabinets closed as we travel. Lol

    • When It Comes To RV's, There Is No Such Thing As "QUALITY"

So....If you own an RV, you know that they are all junk. We all have our favorite brands. Of course we all love to hate them and try enjoy a great weekend outdoors instead. When it comes to cabinet drawers, there is really not a good solution on the market that will last the life of the RV. We've tried magnets. We've tried a variety of other latch types. This one lasts for about 2 years if your lucky and does hold wel when its new. So if you're like us, buy a lot of spares and store them away IN the RV. If you can't latch in the trash can, pantry or other cabinet, they can fly open while in transit. These are actually about the best ones we can find even though they don't last. The screws that come with them usually have the flush square heads. Not regular straight or Phillips tips. Be sure to have one of these screwdriver types or drill tips handy. Sometimes you have to move them because the existing holes get destroyed. We use toothpaste to line up where the new screws need to be installed. It just takes a small amount put where the screws holes are on the latch and then touch it to the wood where you want to install them. Existing replacements will just be a like-for-like replacement. ... show more
