When I received the tablet I immediately had a problem with the stylus / pen. It would work fine but stop a few seconds after using it. I contacted the seller and they walked me through troubleshooting. After that did not work, they had me send them a picture of the stylus I received and issued me a replacement which I received in a few days. The replacement stylus works great! Really Happy with Included: - Leather Case - Adaptors & C cable for charging - Screen protector installed - Pressure sensitivity is great - Three drawing apps included, one more for graphics, another for art/painting; and one for animation is a free version, it requires an upgrade to remove ads but I love how simple it is! It is a little slow to get started but is a standalone (no computer needed) once in the drawing apps it works great, I could not believe the level of detail the pressure produces and I'm super excited to start using this regularly, plus it is an Android device so if I wanted to I could use it for a lot more than just drawing!     • LOVE it so far, but really not happy with the case.

I just got it. Arrived two days earlier than expected, Fedex from Hong Kong, and VERY well packaged. Got set up easily because it's Android/Google everything, totally familiar. Love working in INKredible so far for taking notes. A little getting used to (writing on glass instead of paper...) and I definitely need the glove because I wear a pinky ring that makes little marks while I write, even with palm detection on. So far the only thing I don't like is the tablet case that came with it, but it's probably not going to bother everyone the way it bothers me. I kind of feel like taking off one star is too harsh, but there's no half-star option and the case really has some issues that might make it unusable. I will update if things improve after more use. The case is well-made and of high quality. But there is a plastic piece the size of the entire back of the tablet (you put the tablet into it) that smells heavily of chemicals and gives me a headache. I'm going to let it sit in another room and air out for a few days and see if that helps. But I cannot use it like this. UPDATE: It is not the plastic piece. The odor is coming from the interior of the case, so either the interior lining or the glue under the lining. I've set it outside to air out. We'll see if it helps! It is not like the picture, where there is a leather-looking bezel cover. I'm sure this provides much better screen availability so that's a plus, but the smell is a deal-breaker. Also about the case...it does offer protection, but it's not easy to hold the tablet while the case is on. I would prefer a case that is more ergonomic. I'll try this for a few days, and see how it goes. But I might end up looking for something else even if the odor dissipates sufficiently. Honestly (and super picky) I was actually disappointed that the case has a red stripe in it. I'm not a fan of red and would much rather have had a neutral color. Not a big deal...again, the case is obviously high quality. But color is such a personal thing that they really should go with something neutral like black or gray if they aren't offering any choices. One last thing....again probably super picky. But the device itself has a gray-blue back and a light-blue pen, and RED buttons. Color is so important -- especially to artists, which is the primary target audience here -- so having these mixed up colors is really distracting. Makes me really want to keep it in a case...but the case has that red stripe... The upside to the red buttons is that they are quite visible and I am not having to feel for them.     • Awful battery life and slow pen

I ordered this tablet back in January 2021 and today it's basically dead. I used it a few times, hoping I'd be able to draw some sketches while I was away to then transfer to my computer at home to finish on my large drawing tablet, but the thing is just, bad. I use Paint Tool Sai and Clip Studio Paint but the tablet can only really handle the apps it comes with. Trying to use any other app is a nightmare since the screen is tiny, and so are the buttons. I decided to use Sketchbook and oh, my, god. For a few seconds, it would be fine, but after a bit, I noticed the tablet wouldn't register the quick swipes my pen would make while sketching which is what almost everyone does when sketching. It was extremely annoying and even when trying to just draw slowly, I could see there was a delay when dragging the pen. It's not just the pen, it's the whole tablet in general. When I tried using my fingers to play games, it wouldn't register my tapping and I'd have to really press my finger into the screen for a few seconds for it to register my "taps." The thing really wants you to use the pen it came with, because it won't accept any other drawing pen or stylus I own. It doesn't even like my finger. Then there's the battery life. There is almost none. When the app has a full battery, it starts to drain when you're not even using it. After using the tablet, I would always try to put it into off mode when putting it away but when I'd pick it back up a few days later, it wouldn't turn on at all. The thing dies even when it's off. It charges extremely slowly too. With my phone, after it dies I'd plug it in and after a few minutes, I'd be able to turn it back on. This tablet though? Nope. I picked it up recently in hopes I could put some use to it by installing some rhythm games on it, but it wouldn't turn on. Remembering its awful battery life, I plugged it in and waited about 20 minutes. I go to see if it had enough to even turn on and... nothing. I pressed the buttons, and I held it down, but nothing. I wonder, maybe it never started charging in the first place? So when I plug it back in, I press the power button and it shows me an image of a drained battery. Yup, it's being charged, it just won't turn on until it has more charge that'll probably take a few hours. I've had it plugged in for almost an hour now and the dang thing still won't fully turn on. I don't think it's broken, I've only had it for almost 2 years and it's been used maybe like, 5 times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The price makes it look appealing but you're not getting what you pay for. Just wait and save up until you can buy a decent IPad with procreate on it, or a Wacom tablet, almost the same price, that plugs into most laptops and PC's. ... show more
