What a Beautiful gift for my dad who is blind . He has 2 other guitars not in good shape he had them for a long time he had strings missing form them as he told me daughter get me some strings for my guitars . This whole set cost in the neighborhood of $40, as I recall. The guitar comes with many useful accessories. There was an electronic tuner that allows you to tune the guitar to the proper frequencies; extra strings; a strap to let you hold the guitar; extra picks. Altogether it's a good deal for a beginner. My daughter is 12 and has been asking for a guitar for 2 years. Finally got her this one to start out with Incase she doesn't want to keep going with it and I was surprised at how nice it was for the money I paid. It came with everything shown in the picture and was packaged decent. There is no Knicks scratches or cracks. There are strap pegs on both ends of the base for the strap and the case is much thicker then I thought it would be. The sound is as good as you can expect from a guitar this price but will work for now. She loves that it's pink and that she can practice at home as well as at school during music club. So I highly recommend for a parent of a child or young teen wanting to try out guitar. My daughter is about five feet and slim build so the 38 inch is just the right size for her. ... show more

For the price, it’s great since it’s for a beginner. We did have to buy new strings as the ones provided made a really awful vibrating noise. New strings remedied that vibration. I know its what you get for the price but even though its not good compared to other at that price. It might be good if you are a very beginner and want to try once before investing more on a guitar. There are a lot best options for right handed but i think less for left handers. It does have many accessories like capo, tuner, and extra string too. String is plastic one not metal one.
