I bought this bike for my 5 year old son ... the size is good for him. He has no e bike experience and I would say the way this controller is.... is aggressive on the power. It wanted to pop the front wheel off the ground on the low power setting. Wich kind of scared him (and I) on his first ride. I think of he had some experience it would be fine. Overall the quality is very nice and the bike seems very fast. I bought him a razor mx350 instead wich I think is a better first bike for a smaller kid.... and is just a taf but bigger... I did have to mod the razor already to have a few things this bike comes with.... disc brake.... 36v lithium battery ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I needed a bike for my nephew and I found it in this beautiful bike. From the moment I saw it I fell completely in love and I got it to give it to him for his birthday. I was sure it would be something out of the ordinary and it was when I saw the happy face on the day I gave it to him that I understood it was the best purchase I had ever made. It is very easy to put together but it takes 2 people to do it. While we were finishing the assembly I was surprised at how identical it is to a racing bike. The iron structure is of very good quality. Being made of iron it is slightly heavy. It has good shock absorbers which helps to ensure that at the wrong moment of the jump the structure of the bike is not easily damaged and gives the feeling that it is a racing bike. It is easy to use, it turns on by pressing a button on which there are some lights that indicate the load the bike has, on the bottom of the bike there is a small button that is used to change the speed, when using it it does not make any sound, it is completely silent. Gifted this to my niece and she loves it. It was her 5th birthday gift and she loves taking it out on evening strolls. Its super active, and very safe and very good quality. Beautiful color and very safely build for kids.

Opened on Christmas day and battery will not charge. Charger is putting out 42 VDC but battery will not take charge. Will update after issue is reviewed. UPDATE The molex connector under seat was bad. Had to cut loose and solder wires and seal up. Charger works now.

My son had a razor and it was time for a little faster bike. This bike has good built quality and it is quite fast for its size. The motor is quiet as opposed to some other e-bikes. The rear suspension makes it easy for kids to jump over a ramp or obstacles. I have the larger tire diameter and it makes a difference with going on and off the sidewalk or obstacles. It does not have hydraulic brakes but it seems to stop fairly quick. My kids are definitely enjoying the bike. ... show more

Ive rode motorcycle for 20 years and these are pretty neat kids bikes. They arent a high end pro bike, but above average amazon bike....probably the best. Everything seems quality and looks good. I bought 2 and kids have ridden for a few days with no issues. Rear suspension is very stiff, had to adjust. My main problem tho is the 14" says it has a 500w motor, but stamped right on it is 350w. So maybe a little false advertising? ... show more

So far battery life is great. About 2 hours on a full charge. Quick throttle response and breaks work efficiently. Was decently easy enough to get put together in about 30 mins checking each bolt over. My child started off on a razor mx 350. This blows the razor right on by, from battery life to speed and power of the motor to also the suspension. Something to keep in mind is the back suspension is just plastic brackets. So definitely do not exceed the recommended weight limit or I’m sure it would snap under load. ... show more

I was super worried about safety but the pickup on this thing is super gentle so it’s definitely safe for the kids while giving them a true feel for what it’s like to ride a motorized two wheeler. Not to state the obvious but it’s important to make sure your little one is a pro at balancing a regular bike before going to this. It’s definitely a bit heavy but it’s well built. I sat on it and felt comfortable with the shocks. So far no complaints and hope it stands the test of time! ... show more
