    • Extremely hard to tie. Never again!

I thought my son would lose his mind at the sight of a bunch of giant balloons setup for his birthday party so I couldn't wait to blow these up. The night before his party, I grabbed these balloons with the intention of blowing all of them up. I was not even halfway through when I realized doing it by mouth was a bad idea, but I powered through it. It took forever to blow it all the way up. Thinking the worst part was over, I attempted to tie the balloon. I literally spent 20mins trying to tie it, letting a little bit of air out each time. My hands were too large, and the balloon lacked the necessary elasticity. Overwhelmed and feeling defeated, my wife eventually offered her assistance. It took the combined efforts of both of us to wrap the balloon around her fingers and successfully tie it, an immensely challenging feat. After all that, I decided that the remaining 7 balloons will never be blown up by me. Overall, very hard pass. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This balloon is capable of being blown up to a huge size . We had a huge balloon like this a long time ago and had a lot of fun with it, but it popped as soon as it hit the grass. We had this balloon hitting trees and coming back down into the pool to be shot by water guns and then hit back up into the tree line. It finally popped once it hit a plant with huge thorns. They wanted another balloon to play with while they were in the pool. This time I decided to put a couple of glow sticks inside to give it a bit more wobble. You can see how wide the opening is in this balloon (Carmex jar), making it perfect for putting something inside to make it more fun. You could put confetti or glitter. I’ll bet you could even fill it with candy and make a sort of piñata. It’s really pretty strong. The clear balloon adds to other fun possibilities. Or, you could get a solid color, one for some gender reveal or other type of surprise. The size and strength of these balloons are what makes it such fun. ... show more

Haven't inflated yet but rather certain they will. Ribbon which accompanies them will look like thread and would question if using helium would be strong enough. Suggest if using outdoor coat with Armor all would keep it looking better in sun. Color is a lighter yellow than the picture.

I got these for a pool party to attach to some fishing line and drop some weights in the pool so they look like they’re floating. It was very windy that day so we didn’t actually get to use them. But I will say they are thick, good quality balloons. You have to use a ton of helium to blow them up though. I filled one up most of the way and it was falling to the ground so you have to fully fill them for them to float. They’re a great “awe factor” to a party. I would say these are worth it just be aware of how much helium is needed ... show more
