The media could not be loaded. The product came in a compact box with all the components wrapped around the base of the camera. Unfortunately we received the LED light broken. I reached out to customer service and they responded within 24 hours provide a replacement. The replacement arrived in less than 5 days. They even reached out to make sure we had received the product and if we had any other issues. Great customer service by far. I bought this to start a Photo Booth business it’s durable and easy to assemble. Easy to use and performs great. Comes with software so that’s a plus. Only 2 small people can fit at a time. Good value for money.

This ring was raped in plastic and left a gloss film on the ring. The ring light did not come with it as well.

I bought the 22 in, but will likely purchase another unit that has a larger platform. It super easy to put together and get it working. I reached out to the seller several times and response times was impeccable. Catherine had excellent resolution and customers service skills.
