Updating my review because the seller very quickly made it right. The camera stopped working all together, but because the seller was so easy to work with I would try again. I unfortunately bought 2 of these. It stopped printing after about 10 minutes of use. Tons of troubleshooting and nothing would get it to work again. This thing is durable I cannot tell you how many times my child has dropped it down our stairs. It's sustained no damage and doesn't have any kind of a dink. We've had it since October and it has a decent battery life when it's fully charged the last 2 days and that's with constant use from my kid. The manual is not quite clear on the different features on there but once you figure it out it's super fun you can do a bunch of different stuff and for my kids birthday gift they were so happy and it comes with everything you need to get started. I bought 2 of these cameras for my grandkids over the summer as Christmas presents. Now that they’ve opened them, neither will turn on after charging for an extended period of time. I’ve completed all of the troubleshooting steps and they still won’t turn on.
