Lamps are beautiful. These are faux marble but you would never know until you touch or lift them. Colors are so pretty and look great on my gray nightstands.

The lamps are large and nice looking. Two things I wish were different--1. the lampshades are too white for the base of the lamp. A beige lampshade would have been more attractive. 2. The lamps take a 150w bulb but should have 3 way ability. Otherwise the lamps are sturdy, attractive and a good value. ... show more

    • Awful Lamps Plus customer service after order was never delivered
Our order was never delivered (our Ring camera footage proves this). Lamps Plus "investigated" for 11 days and then told us we needed to contest the charge with our credit card company to get our money back. They did not offer a refund or a replacement at any time. Instead of assuming the order was delivered to the wrong address, they made us feel like they thought we had received it and were lying to them. Fortunately, Amazon immediately agreed to refund our money after our several attempts to deal with Lamps Plus resulted in no help whatsoever. ... show more

Had to replace the shades. They were too white for the decor in my living room. Replaced them with an off white color. looks way better.
