First, extremely well packed, not a scratch on the outside box, but the range body was bent at two places (must be a factory quality issue), so placing it on granite counter top resulted in gap. I used my nail puller plier to remove the dent a little bit. Second, out of the box it is configured for Natural Gas but came with LPG (propane) pipe attached, confused me (even with a lens I could not read their manual, letters were super small and printed with a printer without ink). Third, so after removing the unwanted LPG pipe, noticed the threaded hole was misaligned (see picture) and I had to bend the under plate around the protruding threaded hole to make room to screw in the regulator. They should have supplied an extender and they did not. Fourth, the other side of the regulator came with a coupler for gas line but that was smaller than standard house gas line. I had to use the coupler from my old stove. Fifth, it comes with safety thermocouple installed. You have to hold the ignition knob for two to three seconds before letting it go after it starts burning. It is annoying enough when it fails to hold fire but the thermocouple was able to catch it and I did not see any gas hissing. While trying to figure it out, I was able to get gas hissing out without fire. I would consider this a safety failure and the thermocouple failed or some other issue. Stove top is junk. It will not light unless I giggle it, the it only lights10% of the time. It's gabage. Not even worth 1 star.

    • it was leaking gas somehow
It was fairly easy to put in, but somehow it smelled of gas after a day. It was also slow to ignite and noisy.
