Item did not have clear instructions on how to operate the item. Item did not look like the photo, such as the manufacturers name brand was not on the item as shown in the photo, nor was it on the box anywhere. The instructions are written poorly. The water slightly got above lukewarm one time, for five seconds. Would not recommend this item. I would give this item less than one star, if that option were available. Requires a 40 amp breaker, which we also purchased, just to be let down by the poor performance of this water “heater”. ... show more

This 6500W tankless water heater works great . My house came with a small cabin in the back and this tankless water heater works perfectly fine, I don’t know about the installation because my husband did it , I didn’t ask him about it, as long as it works fine I’m good with it.

It has worked perfectly for just my shower and bathroom sink which is all I wanted it for since it is the farthest from my home hot water heater it took an actual 5-7 minutes for the water to reach full temperature and a lot of wasted water. This thing installed under the sink with no problem, I had no problem diverting the hot water hoses for the shower and sink (they were easy to reach, your situation might be different) and it is instant hot water that has not run out in my shower and the sink it never on more than a couple of minutes at most.
