This product design and features are great. But it doesn't work normally. I connected it to my existing kitchen gas line, the flame was tiny at max Knots and couldn't do any cooking at all. All burners have the same issue with in-box regulator. I received the second unit as a replacement, the issue is the same: tiny flame at max knob! ... show more
