They lie about the specs of the bike I buy under false information and when I complain and attempt to return they say that they will keep $300 on top of me paying the return specifically just because I'm returning it. Apparently despite the fact that they lied! Unless you live in a climate that never rains or you only intend to use this for fun on nice days dont buy this bike! I know the distance that it can travel is quite appealing but they are omitting the fact that it isn't Is waterproof on the Amazon ad. The bike is completely falsely advertised. First of all the f ING bike isn't waterproof! What is the point? Oh and they market it as rideable in snow... oh really? Apparently snow isn't water. Secondly the bike IS NOT 6.8 pounds. I don't know why i believed that when clearly an ebike isn't gonna be that light. However it's false advertising! It's unacceptable and I have brought this to their attention, do they change it? Course not! And despite just recieving the bike, 100% wouldn't have purchased if advertising wasn't bs even with all that they still want to deduct $300 on top of me paying for the return! Their reply to my issues... we'll send you a free gift. Yes, yes exactly I want a free gift for a bike that I can't use. I live in f ING Oregon! I guess that's what I get for buying through this manner. Just save yourself the trouble, the bike works fine but what's the point if a little rain is gonna ruin the f ING bike!     • DO NOT BUY-CHIFI GARBAGE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING CHIFI
Holy crap, where should I begin? This bike I have, other than 2 other electric bikes, and rarely get used. So, yesterday I took it out of the shack and noticed the back brake wasn't working. After inspection, the brake like, the metal strings that line the plastic tube, all coming out, so it is jamming the brake line. How cheaply is it made? But it gets better. While at it, lets adjust the font brakes, and to my shock and horror, the rotor has like 8 (forgot the amounts) tiny maybe 10mm screws, but only one remains - WTF. Rest of them fell out, how and when? I have no clue. Wait, I am like, well lets check the bike then. Literally, the back wheel bolt is loose, so I take a wrench and tighten it. then I notice, one of the screws for the bike stand, fell, so I make shift it with another long screw until I find a replacement. Stick with legitimate American bikes, they are so much better but if you can get hold of a German, its even better. ... show more
