We are in the process of a complete kitchen remodel, which involves everything from new flooring to new cabinets, new countertops to a new sink. While I had inititially campaigned for a porcelain double sink, I know from previous experience that stainless comes with a host of positive attributes: it's insanely durable, easy to clean, and well-crafted drop-ins can also be unexpectedly stylish and modern. This particular model is top of the line and made from the heaviest gauge stainless steel used in residential sinks. The formulation of the steel used here is the one most recommended for sinks due to its ability to remain looking as-new over time despite daily use. Surprisingly, this model is also aesthetically pleasing, with detailed edges and high-end drains; the price is better than any we've looked at thus far, and with far more impressive features. During the renovation process of our kitchen, we purchased this sink when installing a new granite countertop. As many other commentators have pointed out, the first impression upon receiving this email is quality. I can't believe how thick and sturdy the cardboard packaging is. This sink may have fallen off the plane during flight, but I still believe it won't have any dents. However, the sink itself is the most important part. I have to say, I was completely stunned by the first-class architecture. It is thick and heavy. Installed one, very quiet; I can't imagine the sink being quieter than this. After several months of use, there are no obvious marks or scratches in our sink. Overall, I can't imagine what a more expensive sink can offer us, because this sink is a home run in every aspect.
