Always skeptical about sizing charts for jackets. I’m 6’2”, 260lbs and the XXL fits great. Not too bulky or too long arms. Warm but not too warm. Great fall/spring piece of outerwear if you live close to the 45th parallel.

Looks good. Size runs a little on the smaller side. Ideally for a jacket I would prefer something that leans more toward a slightly looser vs a snug fit. Is pretty tight right under the arms and fitted around the torso. Overall I like it. However, will probably need to exchange for one size up. We were going on a trip and the expected weather was supposed to be just above freezing with heavy wind chill and rain. My girl got a jacket from Columbia for $200 and I got this one from 33,000. Guess who was warmer, guess who did not get wet from the rain, guess who's jacket looked better.. 33,000! At one point she begged me to swap with her. For the price and the quality. This jacket is amazing. I will definitely order more in the future should I need to. The pockets are great, it is waterproof. Literally stopped all rain from going through. It was very warm, especially when paired with a long sleeve undershirt. The zipper quality was great so far, absolutely no issues. And I did not get (hot) in it while indoors, so I believe it breaths pretty well. Plus, it has draw strings to prevent pretty much any wind from getting under or through the neck. I was specifically looking for a lightweight, packable, rain jacket for a trip to Ireland. We had been told to expect unpredictable weather: sunny and mild, to rainy, to windy, to cold, and everything in between - everyday. Well Ireland didn't disappoint: the weather was all that. This 33000 foot jacket did everything I wanted it too. Great for rainy, cold days. The jacket is not just a waterproof shell, but also has a lightweight fleece lining to help keep you warm (It was plenty warm even when it dropped into the 40s F). For colder weather, you could get by fine with a fleece or polartec layer underneath. It has a hood to help keep the rain off your head. Lightweight and easily folded up to go into a backpack for day trips. I could pull it out when it turned cool or rainy. No creases, looked great. I even began to wear it when it wasn't raining but just ward off the cool evenings. The jacket looks good. I ordered the Navy color, which actually has a fine pattern running through it - almost like denim, which makes it look much more expensive than it is. I was highly satisfied, and I highly recommend this jacket if you are looking for something lightweight, packable, and rain-proof. ... show more
