This jacket is a winter styled jacket with very little or no rain proofing. This jacket isn't suitable for heavy snow days or rain of any fashion, but it is a stylish addition for any closet. The jacket is not tailor fit and will need to be trimmed as there are many loose thread ends sticking out all over this jacket but it isn't a deal breaker in my opinion. I would say that the jacket is a good value for the money, though I have seen cheaper variants on the market I don't think that those cheaper variants meet the quality of the actual materials in this jacket. The biggest problem I have with this coat is that the sizing runs small, very small actually I bought a 4xl jacket which usually fits me with some extra space for comfort. This jacket ran so small that a 4xl wouldn't even zip up around my mid section and I was unhappy with the range on my shoulders as well. It was tight and is actually unwearable. Even though, most people will be able to get away with ordering one or two sizes larger I unfortunately could not order a 5 or 6xl because it is not manufactured in those sizes. SO, I will say it is a well made and comfortable coat, despite my inability to wear it for any good length of time. The sleeve length seemed to be just about right and the hood was nice and spacious. The inner materials are very soft nylon material and the jacket is filled quite well which will make it nice and warm for the winter months. My cons are that it runs small (maybe one to two sizes smaller) and maybe more suitable for younger adults to adults and that it is in no way at all waterproof, or water repelling, or water anything this jacket won't do water.. period. I gave 4 stars because of the inconsistency in sizing, not having a size that fits me, the hassle of having to return a product because it didn't fit, and not having a replacement option available to suit my needs. Note to seller: If you're going to sell big and tall sizes (3xl, 4xl,) I suggest including a whole range of big and tall sizes to accommodate that audience. (3xl - 6XLT) Good jacket, just not my size. I can highly suggest this jacket based on the quality of construction and materials used. The style is great I actually love the sporty look and feels very contemporary. I don't feel like I'm wearing a cheap jacket when wearing this item just remember to tailor trim it.. those thread ends are everywhere. ... show more

I got this jacket for my husband. We live in Florida, and it never really gets cold for any long period of time, but when it does, it's nice to have a good jacket on hand. This jacket is actually perfect, as it's not a heavy duty snow jacket, but it will definitely keep you warm. It's very soft and comfortable, the size is a bit off, I figured an XL wouldn't be big enough, so I chose the next available size 4XL. I was worried that it would be way too big, but it's a good think I got this size because it fits more like a 2XL. Just keep this in mind when you order to order up. The jacket came neatly packaged in a reusable vacuum seal bag (with instructions on how to re-use) and placed inside of giftable box. It was definitely packaged with care. ... show more
