During the renovation process of our kitchen, we purchased this sink when installing a new granite countertop. As many other commentators have pointed out, the first impression upon receiving this email is quality. I can't believe how thick and sturdy the cardboard packaging is. This sink may have fallen off the plane during flight, but I still believe it won't have any dents. However, the sink itself is the most important part. I have to say, I was completely stunned by the first-class architecture. It is thick and heavy. Installed one, very quiet; I can't imagine the sink being quieter than this. After several months of use, there are no obvious marks or scratches in our sink. Overall, I can't imagine what a more expensive sink can offer us, because this sink is a home run in every aspect. The packaging of the sink is like a fragile antique (well packaged), with all the extra things attached, seemingly a high-quality item that only requires a small portion of the cost of other high-end sinks. When my old sink became sunken and scratched over time, I replaced it with this one. The structure of this sink looks flawless, unlike another sink I have seen, with slight inconsistencies at the edges. The reinforced backing under the sink should have reduced noise, but in my opinion, it will reinforce the surface to reduce dents.
