The media could not be loaded. Update - these guys really stand behind their product. They didn’t have the same color avail but replaced with a different color. I so appreciate that!! Updating to 4 stars. And they really move smoothly thru the airport. I used this suitcase for the first time on a trip to FL. I loved how easy it was to spot on the conveyor belt. I just packed and opened the suitcase to add something and the zipper broke at the end of the suitcase on the biggest one. I was able to get the zipper rethreaded but I am not confident it will hold during the plane ride home. I am very disappointed I will have to buy another suitcase to go home ... show more

Used these for a trip to Greece from Houston. Worked as expected and they made it there and back with all wheels in tact. I was impressed as they don’t look sturdy enough to handle hard knocks.

After three uses during travel, a wheel came off. I would have expected it to be more reliable than this. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! Can a wheel be replaced on this? Before purchasing the luggages I had seen the previous reviews, and you do get what you pay for. I went to Brazil from California to visit my family and then came back from there, in one trip the luggage got damaged in the front. I was not expecting to last long so it served its purpose but if you looking for something that lasts a long time I would suggest to look for a better option as this is not it. ... show more
