The media could not be loaded. Update - these guys really stand behind their product. They didn’t have the same color avail but replaced with a different color. I so appreciate that!! Updating to 4 stars. And they really move smoothly thru the airport. I used this suitcase for the first time on a trip to FL. I loved how easy it was to spot on the conveyor belt. I just packed and opened the suitcase to add something and the zipper broke at the end of the suitcase on the biggest one. I was able to get the zipper rethreaded but I am not confident it will hold during the plane ride home. I am very disappointed I will have to buy another suitcase to go home ... show more

On first trip, the main zipper broke, the shell cracked and two of the feet broke off. Waiting to see how good customer service is. On smaller unit already having issues with handle retracting. Update: Customer service reached out and offered to send us a set of their newest product. The material seems lighter and more flexible. I wanted to give a 5-star but the carryon luggage handle got stuck during the first trip I took with it, and the larger luggage was dented. Those airport luggage handlers are rough.
