Box looked great. Unit was dented on all corners. Welds were poorly finished. Trays fell into water repeatedly. Tempered glass top had no means of retention and had to be siliconed to keep from sliding out. Ended up throwing it in the dumpster. Do not buy.

Do not trust the good reviews on this item you'll end up like me. This warmer is cheaply made the material is paper thin and after you put food items into the chafing pans the weight makes them slide down into the wamer basin. So I bought this warmer for my catering business and when it came it had a dent which I overlooked and decided to keep, but after the first use it was leaking from the bottom. I reach out to the seller they said I should send a picture of the dent which I did their response was for me to find a professional to fix it and they'll reimburse me $50 for the inconvenience. Lol can you believe the audacity, anyway to return it was another headache because not every UPS drop off center wanted to take it because of the size so I had to drive around and call before I found a location so please don't buy if you want to prevent a headache it's not worth it. ... show more

I brought this item twice for my business first time I brought I received the item damaged they had to send me out a new one . When I got the 2nd one the water kept on leaking out and wasn’t staying in the food warmer . Can’t use it for my business
