Box looked great. Unit was dented on all corners. Welds were poorly finished. Trays fell into water repeatedly. Tempered glass top had no means of retention and had to be siliconed to keep from sliding out. Ended up throwing it in the dumpster. Do not buy.

Update: started leaking from bottom after 2nd use. They put protective film around the lids and it took over 45 minutes to get all the film off the lids. They got scratched up in the process, complete joke of a product.

One thing I would mention, I ordered it and sent request to seller that it's very important and I have just 3 days for the event. The water valve was too big. We had to go out and purchase another one. Put most it together the day before our event and the water valve piece was too large 3/4 inch. We had to ho to Home Depot and purchase a 1/2 inch water valve piece. The day after use and our event the I washed the serving trays and noticed spots of rust. ... show more
