It's comfortable but it's super lumpy. The smell from being packaged up and contained is not the greatest, but after it airs out its fine. It's shorter than expected(not as long as described) but maybe it needs to flatten out more? It is heavy/bulky so moving it after it expanded was difficult for me. I am so disappointed in this chair. They make it look so easy to convert to a chair or a pod. I bought this for my grandson who is on the spectrum. I knew that he would love the pod position. I tried to shape it but couldn't. I called my daughter, who is very strong and she did it. She told me not to feel bad that I couldn't, because it was very difficult. It is now just an enormous pillow sitting in the middle of the room that my grandson jumps on. Apparently it wasn't comfortable as pod. I went to put the bean bag cover on and the zipper broke. It’s so soft but as soon as I zipped it all the way it broke. Otherwise I recommend it.

I ordered grey and received black. It isn’t “faux fur” but a coarse nylon. No blanket with it as is advertised. And not nearly as plump as in the pictures. Wholly dissatisfied with this purchase and with this having been purchased weeks ago and provided as a Christmas present - an utter fail!

This thing is HUGE and so comfy. Once out of the box and packaging it fluffed up pretty quickly. We use it for watching movies, gaming, and even the dog uses it to lounge on. This is worth every penny!
